Hello, faithful readers. I'm back in Accra and back on the blog. I promised Christine and Maureen I would try my best to restart the Tuesday posts so here goes.
After a wonderful three week vacation back home I'm back in Accra. I had a glorious time seeing my family and most friends back home. Sorry to have missed some.
The biggest adjustments: the cold, of course. Also, I can't eat beef anymore, esp. ground beef. I've been off it here since I got sick twice, but thought US beef would be fine. Nope. Oh well. Pork is delic so I'll make due.
Promise to attempt a more regular Tuesday schedule here. Will also try to post some photos. The intertubes are still their usual slow going so don't hold your breath.

I'm sooooo happy to see a post! :) Loved seeing you DC. Even if you can't post pictures, keep posting updates. Love to hear what's going on and I want to know when the switch for the kitchen fan is back in place! xoxo
